京都東山、古門前に店を構え、千家流の茶道具を多く扱いながら、新しい道具やアート作品も取扱う、中西松豊軒。
こちらの店舗に併設して構えるギャラリーとホテルロビーにて春のAKIKO SASAGAWA個展を開催させていただきました。
凛とした美しい空間にて、普段から応援してくださる方々や京都観光に訪れる海外の人々に新作をはじめ約70点の作品を発表致しました。
また、新作のメインとなる掛軸作品は、五代続く老舗表具店の職人が表装を手がるなど、多くの職人たちが作品の仕立てに参加してくださいました。

Akiko depicts mandalas from a new perspective in accordance with the contemporary era and creates delicate pointillist works that are rich in color.
